1. Agreement

Welcome to Eventeria. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of eventeria.app (the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Eventeria is a personal project that curates and displays information about local events. We are not a ticketing service, event organizer, or venue operator.

2. What Eventeria Does

Eventeria provides a platform to:

• Discover events near you
• Submit events for consideration (subject to moderator review)
• Mark events you're interested in (saved locally on your device)

Events shown on Eventeria are either curated by us or submitted by users. We do not sell tickets, process payments, or handle event registration. Any ticket purchases, registrations, or transactions happen directly between you and the event organizer.

3. Using the Site

You may use Eventeria to discover events and, if relevant, submit events you're organizing or promoting. You agree NOT to:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, database, or admin areas
• Submit false, misleading, or spam event information
• Submit events that promote illegal activity, hate speech, violence, or harassment
• Copy, scrape, or reproduce Site content for commercial purposes without permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site's operation
• Upload malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Impersonate any person, organization, or venue

We reserve the right to remove any event, block any user, or restrict access to the Site at our discretion if these Terms are violated.

4. Event Submissions

When you submit an event to Eventeria:

• You represent that you have the right to share the event information
• You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, modify, and distribute the event information on the Site
• You understand submissions are reviewed before publishing and may be rejected without explanation
• You confirm the event details are accurate to the best of your knowledge
• You are responsible for keeping event information current

We do not guarantee that submitted events will be published. We may edit submissions for clarity, length, or formatting.

5. Content Accuracy Disclaimer

Important: Eventeria is an information service, not a booking platform. All event details shown on the Site — dates, times, locations, prices, ticket availability — are provided for informational purposes only. Event information may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate despite our efforts.

Before spending any money on transportation, accommodation, tickets, or any other expense related to an event, you MUST verify the event's current details directly with the event organizer, venue, or official ticketing website.

Eventeria does not:

• Sell tickets or process any payments
• Guarantee that an event will happen as listed
• Guarantee the accuracy of prices, dates, times, or locations
• Endorse, inspect, or vet the events or their organizers

You are solely responsible for any expense you incur based on information seen on Eventeria. If you book a flight, hotel, ticket, or any other paid service for an event that is later cancelled, rescheduled, relocated, priced differently, or does not happen as expected, these losses are your responsibility and are not refundable through Eventeria.

We disclaim all responsibility for:

• Cancelled or rescheduled events
• Changes to event details after listing
• Events that are misrepresented by their organizers
• Any loss of travel costs, ticket costs, lodging costs, or other expenses you incur
• Personal injury or property damage occurring at any listed event

6. Third-Party Links

Eventeria may contain links to third-party websites (event organizer pages, ticket sites, venue websites). We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of those sites. Visiting third-party links is at your own risk, and their terms and policies apply.

7. Intellectual Property

The Eventeria name, logo, design, and original content are our property. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them commercially without written permission.

Event information submitted by users remains the property of the submitter (you) subject to the license in Section 4. Event descriptions, images, and other content submitted by third parties may be protected by their respective owners' copyrights.

8. "Going" Feature

The "Going" button on events is a personal tracking feature stored in your browser's localStorage. Marking an event as "Going":

• Is NOT a reservation or ticket
• Does NOT communicate anything to event organizers
• Does NOT guarantee entry to any event
• Is visible only to you

The "people going" count shown on events is a display number that combines baseline interest with aggregate user activity. It is not an authoritative attendance count.

9. User Accounts (Admins Only)

Eventeria currently does not offer user accounts to the general public. Only site administrators have accounts, which are protected by email/password authentication. Admin accounts are not available for public registration.

If this changes and public accounts are introduced, these Terms will be updated.

10. Privacy

Your use of Eventeria is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Site, you consent to the data practices described there.

11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Eventeria is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site
• We are not liable for any loss related to events (cancelled events, unsafe events, misrepresented events, etc.)
• We are not liable for any loss of data, profits, revenue, or business
• Our total liability for any claim related to Eventeria shall not exceed $100 USD

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability, so some provisions above may not apply to you.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Eventeria harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Site
• Events you submit
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Eventeria at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. You may stop using the Site at any time.

Upon termination, your right to use the Site ends immediately. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Liability, etc.) will remain in effect.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects changes. Significant changes will be announced on the Site. Continued use of Eventeria after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of North Macedonia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of the Republic of North Macedonia.
